Sara and Rob’s wedding was the epitome of fall elegance—layered in rich jewel tones, earthy textures, and sentimental touches that made the entire day feel cozy, stylish, and completely their own. Hosted here at GreenGate Ranch & Vineyard during the golden days of fall, their celebration was recently featured on Style Me Pretty, and we’re still swooning over every detail.

Surrounded by sprawling vineyard views, Sara and Rob tied the knot with the help of a stellar vendor team, led by planner and designer Brooke Nicole Events, who brought the couple’s vision to life with thoughtful details and seamless execution. The wedding weekend kicked off with a welcome party on the Grand Lawn where the couple mixed and mingled with their closest loved ones. Guests enjoyed drinks and bites in the courtyard from Copper and Crystal and Lucca Pizza Truck for the perfect start to the perfect weekend.

Autumn at GreenGate Ranch offers a natural warmth—sun-soaked vines, rustling oak trees, and golden-hour light that adds instant romance. For Sara and Rob, this setting provided the perfect backdrop for their ceremony, held on our expansive lawn with views of the pond and vineyard in full seasonal splendor. Lush florals framed the altar, creating a dramatic focal point that blended effortlessly with the landscape.

Sara and Rob embraced a jewel-toned palette with earthy undertones that carried through everything from their stationery to their tablescapes. The design struck a beautiful balance between richness and restraint, elevating the fall vibe in a timeless way.

Inside The Stables, long wooden tables were layered with candlelight and lush arrangements by Noonan’s Wine Country Designs. Rentals from All About Events and Avenue Twelve helped complete the look, offering unique textures and moody hues that brought added dimension to the space. The result was a reception that felt both elevated and inviting—cozy enough for heartfelt toasts, and stylish enough to dance the night away.

This wedding is a perfect example of how stunning a fall celebration can be here at GreenGate Ranch & Vineyard. From vibrant seasonal colors to a warm indoor-outdoor flow, autumn is one of the most magical times of year to say “I do” on the Central Coast.

BRIDES | Shaina + David

We are thrilled to announce that one of our most memorable wedding weekends has been featured in BRIDES! Shaina and David’s early September wedding was nothing short of magical, and we are honored to have been part of their special day. With her impeccable attention to detail and creative vision, Vanessa Noel Events transformed Greengate Ranch and Vineyard into the perfect setting for their dream wedding. Every detail was meticulously crafted to create a memorable experience.

The festivities began with an intimate Rehearsal Dinner on Friday evening, set against the stunning views of our vineyards. The ambiance was warm and inviting, echoing the late summer sunshine that inspired the decor. Their closest loved ones dined at a long table adorned with a vibrant array of fruits and floral centerpieces curated by Jenn Sanchez Design, along with custom menus by Emily Baird Design, adding a refreshing and distinctive touch.

Later that evening, the couple hosted a welcome party with a Hawaiian theme, a nod to their engagement trip to Maui. Guests enjoyed tropical rum cocktails hand crafted by Sidecar Cocktail Co., delicious food truck fare, and tables decorated with palmetto palms and grapes under bistro lighting.

Shaina and David’s wedding day was a blend of rustic charm and sophisticated elegance. The ceremony took place on the Grand Lawn, where potted plants and trees created a meadow-like atmosphere. Guests watched as Shaina’s dad walked her down the aisle to Daniel Jang’s violin cover of “Can’t Help Falling in Love.” The couple exchanged heartfelt vows under our serene walnut tree.

As part of their special day, Shaina and David snuck away in a 1997 NAS Land Rover Defender in British Green, perfectly complementing the rustic yet elegant vibe of their wedding. This classic vehicle provided a stunning backdrop for some of their most cherished portraits taken by their photographer Brandon Kidd, adding a touch of adventure and timeless style to their celebration.

The reception at The Stables transformed the space into an urban restaurant feel with white banquettes, warm velvet draping, and modern floor lamps. Guests dined at tables with stoneware plates, custom menus, and white floral centerpieces. The dessert table featured a cookies and cream wedding cake adorned with flowers and a figurine of their dog, Lucy.

The couple’s first dance to “You and Me” by Lighthouse, their middle school slow dance song, brought their love story full circle. Family played a central role in their celebration, with highlights including David’s 105-year-old grandmother and Shaina’s Grandpa Bruce singing “Love Me Tender.”

The day after the wedding, guests enjoyed an al fresco brunch on the Grand Lawn, complete with a lounge area, striped umbrellas, and a variety of brunch options. It was the perfect way to wind down and celebrate the newlyweds.

Style Me Pretty | Shannon + Brian

We are thrilled to announce our most recent feature in Style Me Pretty for Shannon and Brian’s beautiful November wedding! The article highlights the enchanting alfresco destination wedding held amidst the picturesque wine country landscape. With moss green and peach tones elevating the ambiance, the ceremony was surrounded by breathtaking views and lush greenery. Custom florals from Unique Floral Designs framed the romantic pond-side ceremony, setting the perfect scene.

The ceremony, led by one of Shannon and Brian’s closest friend, was deeply personal, incorporating a traditional Scottish Quaich ceremony to honor their heritage.

The reception continued the magic with tablescapes adorned with pink accents and bespoke printed menus. The couple's love for cooking and hosting elaborate meals was reflected in their wedding details. They displayed their collection of cookbooks, rented a wooden hutch to house them, and provided personalized bottles of olive oil as guest favors.

The cocktail menu, crafted with the help of Flair Project, featured three signature drinks: a coconut fat wash bourbon old fashioned, an herbal vodka cocktail with yuzu lemon foam, and a tequila-based drink nodding to their engagement in Mexico City. These unique cocktails were a hit, making the reception one of a kind.

Their wedding planner, Jane Alexandra Event’s vision of “elegant, magical” was brought to life with string lights, up lighting, and disco balls, ensuring the party remained lively and bright. Instead of cake, ice cream from Negranti Creamery was served, adding a fun twist to their November celebration.

A highlight of the evening was dancing on stage with the band under twinkle lights and disco balls, creating memories the couple will cherish forever. Sharing a toast with Irish crystal champagne flutes from Brian’s parents' wedding added a special touch, celebrating their 36 years of love and support.
