“Designing Stephanie & Kevin’s day was an honor and a joy! As a fellow wedding vendor, Stephanie had long dreamed of her wedding day and soon after meeting Kevin knew it wasn’t a question of ‘if’ they were going to get married but ‘when.’ Being a part of the Theoni Collection team, Stephanie’s design vision was clear and in keeping with her personal classic & timeless aesthetic. It was so fun to walk through selecting tabletop items & furnishings from her own collection, and she left the rest to us!” Sarah Strausser, Embark Event Design.

Stephanie and Kevin’s wedding was a celebration of authenticity, reflecting their love story in every detail. Their talented planner, Embark Event Design, went above and beyond in fulfilling her clients wishes. From the carefully curated menu by Field to Table to the eloquent florals from Blooms by Morgan, every element was infused with their personal style. This customized design was incorporated into the couples signatures cocktails by Copper & Crystal with hers being named for Alaska and his for California, representing their home states.

The couple envisioned a gathering which felt like a cozy dinner party at home, where warmth and romance filled the air. Greengate Ranch & Vineyard provided the perfect backdrop with its lush trees and natural beauty, exceeding their wildest dreams. For them, the venue itself was the main design detail, and they simply aimed to enhance its charm.

This couples wedding embraced a modern aesthetic that blended elegance with vibrant pops of color. The decor provided by Bella Vista Designs, Party Pleasers, Found Rental Co, Hostess Haven, and All About Events exuded a sense of liveliness by incorporating bold hues such as coral, teal, and gold. This color palette added a whimsical touch to the overall ambiance. The couple's keen eye for detail was evident in every element, from the beautifully curated tablescapes adorned with artistic floral arrangements to the stylish choice of furniture and lighting.

Set amidst the breathtaking beauty of California's picturesque landscapes, Kristen and Jake’s wedding at Greengate Ranch & Vineyard provided a stunning backdrop, with rolling hills, abundant greenery, and panoramic views. The couple's choice of a soft-hued palette perfectly complemented the season, adding an ethereal touch to the entire event. Soft shades of blush, lavender, mint, and baby blue were incorporated throughout from the floral arrangements by Plenty of Petals to the table settings from All About Events. These delicate shades created a romantic and blissful atmosphere that captured the essence of the season.

Sutton and Nick exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony held outdoors amidst nature's splendor. Along the aisle, arrangements of beautiful blossoms guided the way. Surrounded by family and friends, Sutton and Nick said “I Do”. The soft breeze and the gentle chirping of birds created a serene ambiance, making it a truly unforgettable moment for everyone present.

The courtyard was decorated with sparkling fairy lights, creating a dreamy atmosphere as the sun set over the vineyards. The guests were treated to a delicious menu catered by Field to Table that showcased locally sourced ingredients and a stunning multi-tiered wedding cake.
