Approved & Preferred Wedding Vendors
Greengate Ranch & Vineyard respectfully encourages our clients to work with our approved and preferred vendors. It is a requirement that your caterer be selected from this list. We work hard to maintain a beautiful venue and we want to preserve it for future enjoyment of our guests. We are careful to select vendors that we believe are professional and have our property and client’s best interest in mind. Before signing contracts with your wedding vendors that are not on this list, please check with us as we do maintain the right to refuse a vendor who is does not meet our standard of service. Caterers and Coordinators/Planners are required to have a signed agreement with us prior to working on property. For a copy of this agreement, please ask us. If you are hiring a Coordinator/Planner not on this list, it is important that they know the requirements of working at Greengate and undergo a new vendor orientation, prior to you securing their services.
DESIGN + PLANNING
Greengate Ranch & Vineyard requires all weddings to have a planner involved for AT LEAST partial planning services (with services contracted AT LEAST six months in advance of your wedding day). We also require a planner be contracted for any event outside of wedding day exceeding 50 attendees. As the property is vast and you may be hosting several events during your wedding weekend, we recommend getting a professional planner involved early in your process to ensure a smooth and enjoyable weekend. We are happy to work with your planner to ensure they understand and are able to fulfill the requirements of working on our property. It is required that you check with us before hiring a planner not on this list to make sure that they are permitted to work at Greengate and meet the requirements to do so. A “day of” or “month of” coordinator does not fulfill our requirements.
