Featured in Green Wedding Shoes this week is Madie and Jordan’s wedding! Madi and Jordan’s summertime celebration has Lovelyfest Events written ALL over it! From the ombre hydrangeas and disco balls to the iridescent chairs and neon signs—we are obsessed with this coordination of the couple’s vision and Lovelyfest’s creativity!

Guests were greeted by an escort display at cocktail hour that was not to be missed! The attention grabbing colors combined with the lush and light florals felt like something from another world…or at least another decade (70’s dance party, anyone?!).

Our Grand Lawn was the perfect space for all 400 guests to dine together under fairytale lights. Pinks, purples, and iridescent chairs wowed the guests as they walked over from cocktail hour. A mix of vendors were brought in to create this dreamy setting!

Honoring family and friends was the number one priority for Madi and Jordan. Madi played homage to her heritage through florals and the massive dinner party set up was perfect for guests to mix and mingle with the couple. It also gave guests, no matter where they were seated, the perfect view of Madi and Jordan’s first dance!

The icing on the [neon] cake was the hot pink sign toting the couples newly shared last name! If a pink neon sign doesn’t scream “party” I don’t know what does! Guests thought so too as they flowed into the barn to drink, dance, and celebrate Madi + Jordan!

Another year, another California Wedding Day Best Of awards ceremony! This year looked a little bit different than most—instead of dressing up for a beautiful awards ceremony and dancing the night away with our favorite wedding vendors, we were cozied up on the couch watching the awards virtually. While the night may not have been as extravagant as usual, it was just as exciting as Greengate Ranch was nominated for THREE Best Of categories this year: Best Indoor Venue, Best Outdoor Venue, and Best Overall Vendor! We are continuously honored and humbled by our fellow vendors for the love and support we receive and are super excited to say that we were voted as Best Outdoor Venue for 2020!

2020 has been a unique year to say the very least. During these trying times, it was beyond inspiring and uplifting to see our fellow wedding vendors be recognized for all the hard work they have put in to making couples’ dreams come true. Creating a wedding is a true labor of love, and nobody loves it more than the people behind the scenes making it all happen. We feel blessed to not only have our love for this industry recognized, but to be working alongside the most talented and hardworking people who we are lucky enough to call our friends!
